Shephard Huni is a co-founder and managing director of SH registered Accountants and Tax Consultants. He is a qualified professional accountant who graduated with a Bcom (Hons) Accounting degree. He did his SAICA articles with a medium seized chartered accountants firm in Cape Town. He is also a member of Southern institute of Business Accountants in South Africa. (SAIBA). Soon after completing his articles, Shephard gained extensive experience by working for various chartered accounting firms being involved in auditing, accounting, taxation and business advisory work for various types of businesses. He has extensive and broad experience in accounting, auditing, taxation and business advisory at senior level. He serviced clients belonging in different industries ranging from retail businesses, property development, transport, manufacturing, construction, investments companies etc.

After having worked at various accountancy firms for many years Shephard decided to open his accounting firm, to focus on addressing the challenges small to medium sized businesses are facing by providing services with a personal touch. He values providing quality services to clients, and also sacrificing his time to listen to client’s needs, understanding their businesses, so that he would add value to their business by offering advice that is customised to the client’s business.

His vital goal is also to create employment, particularly for youths through providing internships to accounting graduates, so as to develop the community by curbing the high level of unemployment in South Africa.
